Frequent Participant Inquiries
The Equilibrium Questionnaire (EQ) is a 12-item, self-report questionnaire designed to assess an individual’s equilibrium levels. The items inquire about the degree to which an individual feels growth toward their ideal life and ideal self in their day to day lives, as well as various daily characteristics such as happiness and gratitude, excitement and motivation, fulfillment and balance, and focus and productivity.
Items are scored on a scale of 0 “never” to 5 “Almost everyday.” Scores are then totaled and presented from 0-60.
We currently have The Equilibrium Questionnaire (EQ) available for personal use at The Equilibrium Research Lab.
There, you can find additional resources such as The Life Alignment Audit, The Equilibrium Questionnaire and Anxiety Assessment, The Equilibrium Questionnaire and Depression Assessment, and The Equilibrium Questionnaire and Emotion Regulation Assessment.
Yes, currently, all our assessments are available for free at The Equilibrium Research Lab.
The Equilibrium Questionnaire can be adapted to a quarterly, weekly, or daily measure depending on your use.
The EQ is in BETA mode, and is currently offered for personal use only. The copyright is held by When Toys Age LLC.
