Sharone is a certified coach (CPCC) who loves helping people cultivate the abundance within them.
In her practice, she weaves-in tools from the science of applied Happiness, from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety), and Mindfulness. She’s certified by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and certified in Positive Psychology by the Wholebeing Institute at Kripalu.
Before becoming a coach, she held executive positions in high-tech, leading professional services, sales and product development. Sharone’s also a mother and a step-mother who loves sunny weather and appreciates the full four seasons of North America.
At this stage of my life, that I get to enjoy living my top values and strengths. The way I move through the day personally, and how/what I meet and spend time with/on – all nourish each other. In my everyday it means I have a quiet morning coffee time, personal growth time, workout time, work with others to recognize their inner strengths and witness their growth, and loads of relaxed family time.
