The Equilibrium Recipe

DAILY REGIMEN

  1. Do you sometimes find yourself setting goals that don’t necessarily feel right?

  2. At the beginning of each week, refer back to your Equilibrium Roadmap in the beginning of your journal, and think about what you’d like to add, keep, and eliminate this week

  3. Rather than writing a list of your goals, turn your intentions into an equation

  4. Each day as you’re visualizing your goals, write the equation down

Tip: To make it extra fun, you can even add the +/-/= signs in

Why This Recipe works

Most of the time when we think about goals, we only think about what we want to ADD to our lives. That’s why in The Equilibrium Roadmap, we challenge you to also consider the things you’d like to shed and keep in your life. Similarly in The Equilibrium Roadmap, we ask you to turn your mission into an equation…

By turning your goals into an equation, you’re compelled to actually visualize your week rather than writing another list of items you believe could fit into the week. You approach the week from a broader perspective, and see patterns that you would normally miss. This helps you set goals that you’ll actually stick to, and will give you an equation to live your week by.

Your turn! Let us know below what your equation looks like this week!
