DAILY REGIMEN 
  1. Feeling stuck in your own head? No problem. Take a short break and pull out your Equilibrium Journal.

  2. Go to the NOTES + IDEAS section in your daily journal (if used, then flip to the bullet notebook in back of your journal)

  3. Draw the maze like it exists in your mind. Is it rectangular? Is it circular? What color is it?

  4. NOW GO AND SOLVE IT. After you’re finished, use the REFLECTIONS + TAKEAWAYS section to reflect on what you need to do

When you start, it almost always looks like a simple maze. But as you continue on your journey out of your head, you start to see all the little checkpoints along the way.
