  2. This week, make a “no technology” commitment while you’re in that space.

DAILY DIRECTIONS

  1. In your DAILY CALENDAR, schedule a time to visit this space and relax. Make sure you leave all phones, tablets, and laptops before entering the “tech-free zone”
