DAILY REGIMEN

  1. Want to know the parts of your day that are serving you most, and the parts that are draining your energy

  2. Use the NOTES + IDEAS space to identify the #1 thing you’d like to measure (energy, productivity, mood…etc.)

  3. Head to the DAILY CALENDAR in your daily journal, and next to your time blocks, and start taking inventory of your [fulfillment] level following each activity

  4. Each night, use the REFLECTIONS + TAKEAWAYS section to reflect on what served you most and least

    Tip: If you don’t want to get too specific, you can also measure your overall fulfillment after each activity

This is a great way to really figure out what is and isn’t working for you in your life. To helps you filter out the things that you want to remove and automate, and to approach each day with more intention.
