Starter Regimens
We’ve developed these guides to offer ideas on how a sample regimen could look like for you based on your current goals. Our goal is to help you get started on building your regimen and customizing The Equilibrium Framework.
For each sample regimen, we offer a starter regimen as well as a journal view of the framework customized for that goal. You may adopt the starter regimen, adopt the full regimen, or mix and match the sections. Once you build a consistent rhythm, head on over to The Equilibrium Lab to continue building and customizing your regimen.
There’s no one-size-fits all approach to building the perfect regimen. Figure out what your patterns are, and build them into your regimen.
For the “Positivity Thriver”: Make sure that the first thing you do every morning gives you a burst of positivity
For the “Scheduler”: Make sure you plan and visualize each day so you know exactly what to expect
For the “Procrastinator”: Make sure you create a plan and time block your work in
For the “Energy Builder”: Make sure you physically exert yourself in the morning
For the “Deep Thinker”: Make sure you build in the time to meditate and write in the evenings

A quick reminder that there’s no need to fill out every section of your journal everyday. The Equilibrium Framework is designed to mirror a complete day in your life. We know that not everyday is going to be 100%, and by leaving spaces blank in your journal, you’re actually revealing patterns in your life that you may otherwise miss. Let your journal read your story back to you.
P.S. A big part of your journey is learning to find comfort in the white spaces of your journal and your life.
